At World Wonders Book of Record, we strive for excellence in recognizing extraordinary achievements. Please read our refund policy below:
1. General Policy
As our services involve extensive certification, evaluation, and record-keeping processes, all payments made for registrations, applications, or awards are generally non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made for the same application due to technical issues.
- Administrative or technical errors on our side that prevent the processing of your application.
3. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after submitting an application.
- Incomplete submissions or lack of required evidence.
- Rejection of an application based on evaluation by our adjudication panel.
